As I read Dad Caro's obituary, I am reminded of how much I wished I had met him sooner. What a wonderful life he lived and did so fully. I had the privilege of meeting and spending time with him last year. From the moment I saw his infectious smile, I felt at home. He is loving, kind, welcoming, funny and tolerant of my sillness. His daughter, Annette, is my soul sister. I see so much of him in her as they both exude love, faith, and joy. It was a gift to witness the love that he and Mom Caro have for each other.I know he is missed by many but his legacy lives on through his wonderful family. My heart and prayers are with you all as we walk forward in the shadow of this great man.

Annette, I didn't know your dad all that well but knew he was quite amazing and a lot of fun from the short times I spent with him. Reading his list of accolades was very impressive. He was truly an angel on Earth with such beautiful living example of love and light. This love and light will continue to grow through every life he touched.
