My Condolences to Debra, and all of JB's family. He was a special man. He hated for me to bite my fingernails....he would be singing and suddenly say quit chewing!!! I always new he was talking to me. I loved JB. So very sorry for your loss.

I worked with J. B. in Asheville for 5 years back in the early 90's. I never met a kinder and giving soul than J. B. He loaned his motorcycle to my Father in Law so my family could go on a week long ride into Virginia together. Only J. B. would do that. I never saw him lose his temper (and wouldn't want too), I miss him playing at the Oasis club. He would introduce me to the crowd as the Mayor of a nearby town. Ha ha. Good times. He was a true friend and I will miss him. Drum on J. B.

JB and the band played for us at our reception when we married almost 5 years ago. We have since followed them to various clubs, VFW’s and of course Lou’s Blues. JB was such a nice person and we fell in love with him and Debbie immediately. We will all miss him, his smile, his singing voice, his stage presence and his charm. JB is a true southern gentleman. Rest In Peace our dear friend Becky & Jim Dumitru.
