Rest In Peace, Mr. Hue. Thank you for welcoming me into your family and sharing them with me. Your unique humor will always be how I remember you! My first memory of you is the day you almost convinced me I had the wrong house when visiting Charmaine for the first time; you really confused this then quiet 7th grader that she was lost. Rest. Rest knowing that Our Father HAS you and will continue to provide Grace and Mercy to those you love.

My dearest Uncle Cecil, you will be thoroughly missed. I will miss your laughter, how you use to call me Sheeereee, and our Monday afternoons on the beach after school in Jamaica. I LOVE you lots - always. I know your journey to heaven was an ease-full one with God's arms waiting to receive you.xoxoxo

Ces was my brother-in-law. I have known him for over 60 years, and he wasn't just a brother-in-law to me, he was the brother I never had. We always had time for teasing and laughter. His biggest credit to himself was his giving and thoughtful nature. He was very kind to everyone. As a reader of every subject, he was knowledgeable in almost everything, and if you wanted to check the facts on anything, he was the person to go to. Rest in the Lord your loving sister and brother-in-law,
Keith and Alma

It was the christening of my daughter: Jade, in 1991.
He came with his entire family and it was my first time meeting him and uncle Eric. I didn’t know what to expect and how I would be viewed as a young unmarried black father. All I could say is that He and uncle Eric made me feel warm and welcomed and that really set the tone for my comfort with the Hue and Chin family. They were welcoming and warm. I never once felt out of place with them or anyone else in the family and for that I will be forever thankful.
On behalf of his late nephew Earl Stanley Chin, Momma Chin, April, Susan, my wife Penny and the rest of our family, we send our heartfelt condolences to Aunt Rosie, Cecile, Charmaine and the entire family for this huge loss. We will forever remember his bright smile and warm personality. One Love, Trevor & Penny and our entire family.

My dearest young brother and Uncle Cecil, your smile, love and consistency in our lives are forever treasured. Thank you for being a wonderful son, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. God blessed you with a smile that radiated light, love and joy. Your smile so brightened our lives. You never waited to hear from anyone whether family or friend but always called to "check-in" to make sure everyone was doing well and "okay". We appreciated your immaculate attire wherever and whenever you presented yourself. What consistency and dedication you exemplified in your responsibilities at home and at work. Your provision and love for your wife (Aunt Rosie), Cecile, Charmaine and your extended family are qualities we honor and hope all those who know you will emulate. We will miss the "constant" you have been in our lives as brother and uncle. We know how much you loved our Lord and Savior and we know He has prepared a perfect place for you and while He enjoys your smile and presence now, we have faith that all who we love will come to know Jesus and we will see you, our Heavenly Father and so many who went before us, again one day in glory. From your loving brother, Eric and Hyacinth Hue and Family

Uncle Cecil,
Did you know how much you would be missed? Did you know how big a void you would leave? Did we tell you how much you are loved? Did we thank you for all do you do for us? I just pray we were able to convey the answer to these questions because it is greater than we knew. You have always shown kindness and support to all of us. We have learned so much from you, the stories you told, the knowledge you shared, the laughter. I remember from those first days as a child in the Bronx and all of the other celebrations. I hope you know you will always be in our hearts and memories. We will care for Aunt Rosie in your stead and, You will forever be loved. I miss you, Jerez

My dear Uncle Cecil, I can't tell you how much you taught me by way of your actions and not by words. I've learned how to balance my check book, avoid crumbs, how to maintain an orderly home, secure my wallet with a rubberband and much much more. I will truly miss you but know that you will always be with us in Spirit. To Aunt Rosie, the Streeter and Courtney family, please know we are all here for you and will keep you in prayer. I ask God to grant you peace and comfort during this difficult time. I love you all. With all my love, Karen, Chris & Kai
