Obituary of Charles Borden Houseberg, Sr.

Charles Borden Houseberg, Sr., 88, of Melbourne FL passed away peacefully on April 20, 2020. He was born in Philadelphia, PA to parents, Roy Houseberg and Mildred on June 12, 1931.

Charles is survived by Jan Carpenter, his loving companion, of many years. Children Crystal E. Linton, Elizabeth VC Beatty, Charles B Houseberg Jr (Mary) and Stephen M Sherman as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He served in the United States Army, a Veteran of the Korean War.

Charles worked as a truck driver for many years and later in construction as a Laborer. He had a passion for fishing, airplanes, war movies and lighthouse’s. He also enjoyed making wood crafts and working with wood.

A memorial service will be planned to honor Charles with his family and friends later this year.
