Obituary of Linda Marie Burgess

Linda Marie Burgess is survived by her mother, Marjorie Fannin; two sisters, Sandra Baker (Mike) and Karen Ferrell (Eric);  beloved nephews Chris, Kyle, her baby Cameron; kitties,Precious and Daisy who gave her comfort during her illness, and many caring friends. Linda and her mother lived together in their Indialantic home for over 40 years.  Linda graduated from Satellite High School and then went to the Brevard Achievement Center. Linda will be remembered for her love of family. She was so proud of her nephews and took every opportunity to tell everyone she met about them and their accomplishments. Linda always took great pleasure in decorating for all occasions but her two favorite holidays were; Halloween and Christmas. She spent months decorating, in meticulous detail, every room in her house until it was perfect. Holiday celebrations will never be the same without her special touch. Not only did Linda love butterflies but they are also a symbol of her spirit; beautiful, simple, and now free. Her Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, located at 950 Malabar Road, SE, Palm Bay, Florida. Guests attending Linda’s celebration of life are asked to honor her memory by wearing her favorite color, purple.
