Obituary of Phillip Wade Yates

Phillip Wade Yates, 66, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 in Melbourne, FL. He was born June 15, 1949 in Norfolk, VA to Henry and Norma Yates. After 22 years of service in the United States Army, he retired as a First Sergeant with numerous medals and commendations. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Aileen, stepson Brian Hastings, stepdaughters Heidi Allen and Amanda (Alan) Decipulo, sister Theresa Antilla, brothers Bernard and Brian (Frances) Yates, and six stepgrandchildren.Calling hours will be Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 1 +óGé¼GÇ£ 2 pm with a service at 2 pm at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 South Hickory Street Melbourne, FL 32901.
