Obituary of Genaro Colón
Genaro Colón, 80, of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico passed away at the comfort of his own home surrounded by his family on Monday, November 26, 2018.
Genaro is survived by his wife Irma of 53 years; daughters, Annette (Bob) Wagner and Lissette Colón-Wohltman, son, James (Anita) Colón; sisters, Herminia Colón, Lucy (Jorge) Rivera, Ana Lydia Colón, Celia Colón, and Leyda (Wilson) Colón-Torres; grandchildren, Justin (Sarah) Wagner, Samantha Wagner, Brandon Colón, Aaron Colón, Rebecca Wohltman, Richard Wohltman, Christina Wohltman, Ryan Wohltman, Caitlin Wohltman, Amanda Wohltman, Victoria Wohltman, James Wohltman, Maria Wohltman and Veronica Wohltman; great-grandson Benjamin Wagner and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family.
Genaro was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone. He was a self-taught guitarist and mechanic. He enjoyed playing his guitar daily and repairing cars. He worked as a textile manufacturing mechanic and technician for over 30 years and then as a school bus driver.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 29th at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 Hickory St., Melbourne, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
A funeral mass for Genaro will be on Friday, November 30th at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5330 Babcock Street NE, Palm Bay at 2:00 p.m.
He will be laid to rest at the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, 1422 Miller Street NE, Palm Bay, following the mass.
