Obituary of Dale Francis

Dale passed away at William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Florida after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Lois Francis; his children Frank Francis, David Francis and Marina, Patty Goodman and Mark; his grandchildren Andrew Francis, Krista Francis, Christopher Francis; and his mother Julie Francis; Raine Francis, Tage Francis and their mother Jean Jupa; his sisters Ruth Riegsecker, Lois Warriner and James, Evelyn Notestine, Laura Leathers and Robert, Bonnie Shaffer and Jeff. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Herbert and Ethel Francis and one sister, Shirley Childress. He was also preceded in death by his little buddy Chico. Dale was a good, strong and loving family man who was ever ready to help all that he could. He worked in the construction industry for many years. He owned Circle F Buildings, Inc. in Reynolds, Indiana in the 70’s and early 80’s. Along with his wife, he owned Pat’s Family World and Pat’s Auto Mart and the Dog House in Tucumcari, NM. He lived in Quay County for 21 years. Dale and Lois moved back to Florida in July from Logan, New Mexico. A memorial service was held at the Francis home for family and friends on Wednesday, November 26, 2014 between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
