Obituary of Richard Sidney Darling

Richard +óGé¼+ôDick+óGé¼-¥ Darling, 76, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at his home in Melbourne, Florida. He was born on November 13, 1939 in Curtis, New York, to Sidney and Leona Darling. Richard worked for the City of Melbourne over 30 years as a construction inspector. He was a member in good standing with Dolgeville NY Masonic Lodge. He served his country proudly in the US Army. Richard is survived by his wife, Wilhelmina +óGé¼+ôBillie+óGé¼-¥ Darling; children, David Darling, Robert (Sally) Darling, Doug Darling, Ronald Darling, Tammy Lynn Lescarbeau, and Darrin (Joyce) Darling; stepchildren, Vicki (Merle) Sylvester, Steven (Teresa) Cannon, and John Graham; siblings, Donna Boyer, Sidney (Joan) Darling, Duane (Linda) Darling, and Leona (Rodney) Matthews; 32 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Danny and Billy Darling, sisters Norma Sponable and Gloria Rasha.At Richard’s request, there will be no services.
