He is survived by his wife, Kim Grantham; sisters, Mary Dye and Eddie Davis; brother, Raymond Grantham; son, Chase Bolton and daughter-in-law, Charlotte Bolton; stepdaughter, Dawn Trexler and son in law, Mark Trexler; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
