I never thought of Peggy as an aunt even though she was my mothers sister. There was little difference in our ages and she, Betty and I had lots of fun together. I will always remember her as smart, beautiful, and fun loving. We lost touch after we all moved away from home and I regret that. As we get older we realize how important family is. My prayers and thoughts are with her family.

Dearest Family,
My heart has a special place for Aunt Peggy! Even though I didn’t know her well, she made a lasting impression! I loved how she enjoyed making one laugh! My kind of lady! So Sweet and generous to boot!!
You may not know but my Uncle Jack was her sweetest brother! Heehee!! Uncle Jack always was my fav and everyone knows it! So I just had to love his sisters too!! And I did soon after meeting them! The three of them are different but so much alike!! Meeting Uncle Jack’s “girls” was one of the highlights at his and Aunt Shirley’s 50th Anniversary Surprise!
I pray God has blessed each of you with peace in knowing Aunt Peggy is with my Uncle Jack there at the feet of Jesus! What a delight that has to be!! One day we will be together and spend forever there!!! Hallelujah! I send my love to each of you and pray your hearts will be filled with joy through the sweet memories of Aunt Peggy. HUGS TO YOU

I was so glad to meet Peggy when she came for her brother’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. Her Jack was married to my sister, Shirley. I thought she was so pretty! I loved hearing about her travels. She was so nice. We all loved her brother, Jack, so dearly and it didn’t take long for all of us to LOVE Peggy just as much! Prayers are with the whole family. Rest in peace, my friend until we meet again.

Dearest Family, Peg and I were like “Sisters”:) Our families shared so many precious memories, in FL and Savannah & River Place>>> boating, cook outs, dancing, parties, all the joy of family gatherings, her engaging laughter, wit and humor!! She will sorely be missed. I love you Dear Peg! My Love and prayers to sweet Julie, Andrew, Patrick, Betty and families. May our Dear Lord give you comfort, healing and peace.

I have fond memories of my Aunt Peggy. I can remember all of the laughter and fun times we had when visiting. Aunt Peggy ironed my high school graduation gown. I will never forget that. She was my Dad’s little sister. I’m sure they are laughing together in heaven.
