There were so many facets to Bob … my favorite was story telling. I do not mean fibs … I just mean great stories from all aspects of his life and the lives of his ancestors. Bob always had a tale to tell. Tall tales only because they were amazing and from the many generations of his family that he retained. I will always hear his voice and the joy he brought to any occasion … It was an honor to know him. God bless and keep you … I suspect Bob will finally go to those spring training games with his wife now!!! Jerry

Bob will certainly be missed by everyone who knew him as a friend and true competitor. I spent time with him in several disciplines at the range and always enjoyed our time together. Bob’s efforts at the Black Powder Range proved unselfish and paved the way for many new shooters. He did an outstanding job as an NMLRA Field Rep. And I was proud to have known him on and off the range.

I only knew Bob for a few years, sharing our enjoyment of muzzleloaders. I don’t believe he ever met a stranger. Bob went out of his way to make folks visiting our range feel welcome and always went over and above in his efforts to help keep our BP program going. We are all feeling the loss of his enthusiastic presence at the range. We miss our friend. Godspeed Bob on your next adventure.

My sincere condolances to Bob’s family, I am very sorry for your lose, Bob was a good friend and teacher and very knowledgable in Blackpowder fire arms and other aspects of life. He taught me a lot and will definitely be missed. Bob and I worked together for a long time and practically retired at the same time, and have been in touch ever since, God bless you and your family.
