Obituary of Jeffrey M. Bernard

Jeffrey M. Bernard died on January 31, 2015 at 6:35 PM. He was born on November 1, 1949 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Ben and Rita Bernard. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Susan M. Bernard and three sons Mark F. of Chicago (wife Kimberly); Gregory C. of Chicago (wife Kelly); and Kevin A. of Cocoa Beach. He is also survived by six grandchildren; his mother Rita Bernard of Rockledge, FL; and five brothers Thomas of Tampa, FL; Bill of New Waverly, TX; Ben of Vienna, OH, Ted of Ft. Collins, CO; and Matt of Amherst, OH. Mr. Bernard owned MSS Care, a home health agency, which operates in Brevard, Osceola, Seminole and Orange counties. Arrangements entrusted to Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, Rockledge, FL (321) 632-1350. A Funeral Mass will be held at St John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Viera, FL on February 7, 2015 at 1:30 pm. He will be buried along with other members of the Bernard Family at Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown. Ohio.
