We are all summoned to journey from this life of ordinary reality into the realms of the non-ordinary. Yet loved ones need to grieve, to suffer in the acceptance of the departure of a most beloved journeyer. Sharon know that you are supported with love.

I am so very sorry for your loss. William sounded like an amazing person. Please take comfort in knowing our heavenly father sees your pain and all the suffering we experience. But this won’t go on forever. Revelation 21:4 assures us that “he will wipe out every tear… and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore…” In the very near future pain, suffering, and even death will be a thing of the past. God also promises us that we’ll see our dead loved ones again.(John 5:28,29) I truly hope you find some comfort in this at this difficult time.

Sharon there are no words adequate enough for me to say, but know that I’ve walked this way. My son and yours were born in the same year. And it’s been two years since he’s been gone. So hold on to Jesus, grief takes time allow yourself to grieve and quietly you’ll move on.

Hi Sharon,
Sorry to hear of the death of your son. I can’t say that I know how you feel but I know that strength and hope lies in God especially at this time. His comforting arms are strong and His promise to never leave you nor forsake you has not failed. So even as you weep, trust Him who sees the whole picture and is working all things together for our good. He loves you, rest in this assurance.
Regards,
Russell
