Obituary of Joanne Campbell

Joanne Bohus Campbell died peacefully at William Childs Hospice House on October 25, 2015 in Palm Bay, Florida at the age of 76. Joanne is survived by her daughter Justine Green, her husband David and grandson Ryan; daughter Abby Andres, her husband William and grandsons William IV and Taylor; son Steve Shytle, his wife Jennifer and grandson Alexei; and daughter Cynthia, her husband Todd and granddaughter Autumn. Joanne was born on December 18, 1938 in Sayre, Pennsylvania to Joseph and Alice Bohus. +é-áShe was a resident of Brevard County for the past 48 years. +é-áShe worked for the Cocoa Beach Police Department, retiring after 17 years. +é-áAfter retirement, she continued to work for the Children’s Home Society. +é-áShe enjoyed volunteering at Suntree Public Library, Ralph Williams Elementary School and the Rolling Readers Program dedicated to the love of reading. +é-áShe especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.Friends are invited to a celebration of life service for Joanne scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on November 3 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care located at 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne.
