So sorry to hear of Captain Woody’s passing. He was a wonderful guy. I worked with him in Pocasset at the phone company. We had many laughs, his humor was the best. He will be missed.

Sending so much love and prayers of healing for you and your family Diane! Woody was such a sweet guy and the little amount of time I was ever around him, his sense of humor is what comes to mind. To me humor is one of the best characteristics in a person. To me that is what made Woody unforgettable. May he Rest In Peace.

my prayers go out to you and the family for peace and comfort during this time. I have a lot of good memories of Woody ,from cooking for all of us kids and also going to have cookouts at the pond going swimming together folding and having Sundaes at Friendly’s and he let us get the big ones I remember you always had a smile on his face and always was making funny jokes and laughter. I also do remember the love that Diane and Woody shared you could see it in their relationship even as a small child I admired that he truly will be missed and was a blessing to this earth my sympathy to you and the family as you mourn him.

We both loved our visits with Diane and Woody and sharing breakfast and memories and wish it could have continued on for many more years.
Our sincere sympathy to Diane and all Woody’s family and friends. It was an honor to have known such a sweet and nice guy. ((hugs)) to
you Diane….and hoping to continue seeing you whenever you come back home to MA for a visit. Surely Woody is now gloriously happy
with our Lord and the angels.

So sorry for your loss. I’m an old friend of Sherwood when he lived in Weymouth. We used to hang out on Commercial Street and we had such fun. He will be missed.

Diane, we will miss Woody also. Remembering all the good times we had boating together and all the meals shared. He was always an upbeat person who you could always count on.
Know we are here for you.
Love and prayers, Candi & Dan Love
