Obituary of Mary Evelyn Conklin

Mary E. Conklin passed Thursday, December 20, at Palm Bay Community Hospital due to complication with medical illness and old age. She was 93 years old. Mary was born April 8, 1925 in Delaware, Ohio to the late Gilbert and Melissa Caudill and was the third of four children. Mary was a long time resident of Delaware, Ohio and worked for Ranco Controls until she retired. Following her retirement from Ranco, she relocated to Palm Bay, Florida where she lived for 30 years prior to her passing. While Living in Palm Bay she worked for Publix for many years. Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Pauline Voltz; nieces Tami (Tony) Holland, Deb (Rick) Caudill-Bryant, Mary Lou Lauer and Jeanann Lauer; nephews Greg Lauer and Scot Lauer; great nephew Todd (Sam) Holland-Falcone; great nieces Tara Thompson, Julieanne Bryant, and Caroline Bryant. Mary is preceded in death by her son Carroll Conklin (2005). A private memorial service will take place at a later date in Delaware, Ohio.
