Obituary of James Michael Duell

January 9, 1938 ~ August 4, 2018 Jim passed away at home with his loving wife by his side. He was born in Rome, New York. He served in the United States Air Force starting at the age of 17. After serving in the Air Force, he began a position at GAFB as a manager of the service station. He later worked at Revere Copper and Brass as a Furnace Operator. He was extremely proud of his family. He loved boating, fishing and camping. He loved spending time at his summer home in Sylvan Beach, New York. He is survived by his loving wife Bonnie Duell of Palm Bay, Florida; his children Debb and Rick Farr of Chadwicks, New York, Michael Duell of Clinton, New York, Terri and Pat Kinsella of Schuyler, New York, Gary and Amanda Duell of Melbourne, Florida; his brothers John Duell of Lee Center, New York, Tom Duell of Ohio; his canine companion “Buddy”; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents John and Mildred Duell; his brother Gary Duell and his grandson Lance. In Lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in his name to Hospice Care. A Military Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, located at 5525 US Highway # 1, Mims, Florida 32754. Duells Rule!
