Obituary of Ronald Strebendt

Ronald Strebendt, 68, of Indian Harbour Beach, FL passed away at home on August 17, 2015. He was born on March 12, 1947 in Detroit, MI. Ron and his wife Gail were 31 year residents of Perrysburg, OH and had moved to Florida in 2006. He was an Industrial Sales Engineer for 40 years across OH and MI. Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Martha and his younger brother Alan. He will be forever missed by his loving and dedicated wife of 50 years, Gail, their son Jeff of Bowling Green, OH, daughter and son- in- law, Jennifer and Tim Dodge and two young grandsons, Jack and Luke of Indialantic, FL. Ron is also survived by his brothers Richard (Fran) of Wheaton, IL and Charles (Celia) of Plattsburgh, NY. He will be missed by his brother in-law, sisters+óGé¼Gäó in-law and numerous beloved nieces and nephews. Ron was an excellent athlete and avid fisherman his entire life. He served on the board of the Perrysburg Little League and spent countless hours coaching and watching his kid+óGé¼Gäós sports. Ron loved golf and was a member of Valleywood Golf Club where he enjoyed many great times with lots of friends and family. Over the last few years Ron truly enjoyed watching his grandsons play many sports and spend lots of time together.A private memorial service to celebrate Ron+óGé¼Gäós life will be held at a future date.
