Obituary of Craig Lee Brannon
Craig Lee Brannon also known to his brothers as the “Helmand Gravedigger” age 25 of Rockledge, Florida passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018.
He served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years. During his 4 years in the Marine Corp, Craig earned several medals and ribbons including the; Marine Corp Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal (w/1star), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, NATO Medal-ISAF Afghanistan, Certificate of Commendation (Individual Award), Letter of Appreciation and the Sharpshooter Rifle Qualification Badge.
Craig is survived by his mother and step-father Donna & Jody Harrell; his biological father Cliff Brannon; his brother Rocky (Amanda) McLaughlin; niece Abigail; 3 nephews, Rocky, Darrell and Bradley all of Ashtabula, Ohio; grandmother Phyllis Crews of Cocoa; step grandmother Joyce Harrell of Melbourne, Florida; uncle Kenny Crews of Cocoa, Florida; aunt Debra Crews Teeter (Gary) of Keizer, Oregon; aunt Debbie Farrington of Texas; aunt Chris Jarvis of Melbourne, 10 Cousins and all of his brothers of 1371 Up.
He was predeceased in death by his grandfather Elmer Crews; step-grandfather George Harrell; uncle Ronald Crews; uncle Steve Harrell; grandmother and grandfather Brannon and his aunt Wanda.
A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 S. Hickory St. in Melbourne.
