Obituary of John Quinton Murphy

John Quinton Murphy, Jr., age 70 of Melbourne, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2019. Born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on April 5, 1949 to John and Evelyn Murphy. Both whom preceded him in death A resident of Brevard County for the past 65 years, John was a Sgt. at the Brevard County Correctional Facility. A proud veteran of the United Stated Marine Corps, John did two tours of duty in Vietnam. John is survived by his loving family to include his daughter, Lisa Murphy. Grandsons, Micheal Murphy and Wyatt Greear. His sister, Patricia Keen. He will be laid to rest with military honors at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 19th at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery, 5525 US Highway 1, Mims.
