Obituary of Ernest W. Hithersay

Ernest W. Hithersay age 92, of Indian Harbour Beach, FL died April 5, 2017. Born in England, as a young man he worked at the Odean Theater before joining the Royal Air Force serving in World War II helping scientists leave Europe. He moved to the United States in the late 1940's and was employed by RCA/GE as a project manager in the aerospace industry installing radars around the world for the space program. He was preceded in death by his parents John Ernest Hithersay and Daisy Herridge Hithersay, England; sister Edna Holmes, England and his previous wife Marie Hithersay, Florida. Ernest is survived by his wife Jocelyn H. Hithersay, Indian Harbour Beach, FL; sister Margaret Heath, England; 2 sons, Steven Hithersay (Darcy), Pennsylvania and Stanley Hithersay (Margie), Texas; nephew John Holmes (Gill), England; niece Patricia Holmes Curd (Brian), England; niece Ann Heath Brett (Terry), Englnad; nephew Michael Heath (Ann), England; stepson Kevin Price, Satellite Beach, FL; stepson/friend Stephen Healy (Debra), Merritt Island, FL; grandchildren, Erin Hithersay Martin (Matt), Sanford, FL, Ryan J.
