Edward Victor Welsh Jr., 74, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2014 in Palm Bay, FL. Edward was born in Norwood, MA on March 1, 1940 to the late Edward Victor and Hannah Agnes (nee’ Doyle) Welsh. He had worked for the railroad for 37 years, retiring as a conductor. He is survived by his brother and sister in law, john & Mary (nee’ Mascal) Welsh. No services are scheduled.
