Obituary of Kathleen V. Sween

Kathleen V. Sween, age 84, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Atlantic Shores Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Melbourne. Kathleen was born on March 20, 1934 to the late Alfred and Carmalite (Frontin) Sween in Mayaro, Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. She leaves behind her son Selwyn Sween; sisters Janet Carrington, Teresita Laidlow and Ruth Wickham; nephews Earl Ian Laidlow and Nigel Dexter Laidlow; brothers Matthew O. Sween, Henry Austin Sween, Stephen Sween, Adolphus Sween and Lenox Oliver Sween; six nieces; three great nephews; five additional nephews; five sister-in-laws and many close friends. Her viewing is scheduled for Saturday, November 3, 2018 from the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Glory Bound Church of God, located at 2855 Jupiter Blvd., Palm Bay, FL. Her funeral service will begin immediately following, starting at 11:00 a.m. with the Bishop Horace Lindsay officiating. Kathleen will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
