Our deepest condolances to the O’Steen family. Cecilia was an amazing person, full of life, full of laughter, and had a huge heart. It was an honor and privilege to know her. May she rest in peace and always watch over her family.

We shared lots of laughter, talked about our kids a lot (her kids are mine and my kids are hers)..we often said we should pay each other child support. I will remember our heart to heart talks about jobs, children and life in general. She “popped” into my office a few times at the preschool just to talk and vent. Cecilia, you were one of those friends who I didn’t have to talk to everyday but when we did talk we just picked up where we left off. You will be missed!

O’Steen Family,
I would say “I’m sorry for your loss” but CeCe’s impact was so great that she can never be entirely taken from you. The smiles she gave, the lessons she taught, and love she shared with everyone are things that will be with you all forever.
In the days ahead, I pray that God will be your strength in the times when you miss her most.
Much Love.
