My life was so greatly blessed when God brought Lucille and Jim into my life. My heart breaks this morning as I have just found out of Lucille’s passing. She has graduated to her higher honor and I will miss the fun phone calls. Love and prayers to Jim and Lucille’s family

Lucille Joy will be greatly missed by those whose life she touched. The “East-siders” and all who served and contributed in some way along the years knew the Petracca’s selfless love for others. So many lives touched ……. and Lu – you will not be forgotten!
Loved you my special friend!

You loved and cared for so many and they all loved and cared for you. Your strong ties to your family members, ( for example Mom and Dad, Uncle Jule and Aunt Grace, Cousin Ray, Cousins Vinnie and Marie, Cousin Rosanne ) was a gift of G-d. Your pride and admiration for the children the East Side Pentecostal Church was boundless. I could never have asked for a more loving friend. I will miss you. Rest in Peace.
