Pa I only knew you for a short 6 years and we never really got to know each other but I did get to know that you were a quiet man with a kind heart. The first 3 years I knew you
I would just sit and watch you look around and watch everyone during our family gatherings with a big smile and a few chuckles.
The first time I ever met you, Nanny sat you next to me and you reached out for my hand because you were happy to meet someone new and I took your hand and introduced myself and you just smiled and chuckled. Josh then came over and made a cute little comment and said she is cute isn’t she and all you could do was smile and let me tell you that your smile was contagious.
The last 3 years I spent watching you fight a battle that I thought would end shortly, but you fought your fight it was a strong fight.
The one thing we will never forget is the hell you put nanny through and you knew you were giving her hell and laughed.
Don’t you ever worry about Helen, Nanny, Cassie or Josh, their safe with me and if there is ever a time that I can’t protect them I know you’ll be there to protect them until I can.
Eat lots of chocolate cake for us and know every year on your birthday and every September 16th we will celebrate you with that cake you loved so much.
