Obituary of Ryan Jacob Smith

Ryan Jacob (Jake) Smith, 19, passed away on October 15, 2017 at his home. Ryan was a beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin and friend to many. He is survived by his parents, Corey Sr. and Melissa Smith, his brother Corey Smith,Jr., Grandparents Russell and Carol Altizer and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, but we are glad that he is finally at peace. His family and close friends will have a private memorial and will be notified of the time and place at a later date.
