Phillip Matthew Ramsey, age 39, of Titusville, Florida passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018 at Parrish Medical Center. Phillip was born on February 12, 1979 in Akron, Ohio. He leaves behind his mother, Sherry Lacey; father, Robert Ramsey; daughters, Tyonie Ramsey and Taylor Ramsey; son, Matthew Ramsey; brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Bernadette Ramsey; grandfather, William Ramsey; grandmother, Joyce Lacey; as well his work family at NY, NY Restaurant and friends and family in Northeast Ohio. Phillip will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
