Obituary of Carol J. Fiora

Carol J. Fiora, age 80 of Palm Bay, FL passed away peacefully on Monday, July 9, 2018 at Holmes Regional Medical Center with her loving daughter, Laurie, by her side. Carol was born in Hartford, CT on December 26, 1937 to her parents Mary (Sadloski) and Stephan Kershaw. Carol spent many years working at Carvel Ice Cream as a Cake Decorator and Generis Caterers in East Hartford, CT. She had a passion for cooking and decorating cakes. Left to mourn her loss is her daughter Laurie Carron, brother Bernie Kershaw, grandchildren Steve Pelletier, Jr., Roland Pelletier, Kylee Carron, Molly Fiora, Michael Fiora and Heather Fiora, fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and by her four-legged Bloodhound dog Rosie. She is predecesed by her parents Mary and Stephen Kershaw, husband Louis Fiora, son, Glenn Fiora, son Gregory Fiora, sister Jeannette Noble, sister Patricia Phalstaf, brother Stephen Kershaw and brother Thomas Kershaw. Carol will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
