Obituary of Charles J. “Chuck” Speegle

Charles J. Speegle, 79, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015. Chuck was born in Monteagle, Tennessee on June 21, 1935 to the late Jesse and Alma Speegle. He was an avid Atlanta Braves, Florida State and Miami Dolphin fan who thought everyone else should be also. He was an active participant in the Democratic Party. Chuck never let his disability define him. His family includes his wife of 45 years, Frances; a sister, Patricia Volker; an uncle, Paul Speegle and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A stepdaughter, Sue Rees, and a brother, William Speegle, preceded him in death.Chuck’s life will be celebrated on Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 3:00 PM.
