Obituary of Marilyn Elaine Coppedge

Marilyn Elaine Coppedge, age 60, of Cocoa, Florida passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018. Marilyn helped her parents in recent years, doing things like taking them to appointments and shopping for them. She really wanted to visit South Carolina to see her sister there. All her life, she loved spending special time with her cousins on Florida’s west coast. Family and friends were her first love. Marilyn loved the beach and its fresh salt air. She collected shells just about every time she went to the beach, and enjoyed decorating with them. Working with plants was another of her interests, with plans to sell some of her special plant arrangements. She often went to concerts, some of them featuring her friends in the band. She is survived by her parents Frank and Vontelle Isaacs Coppedge and her sister Annette (Richard) Crawford. Services will be on Saturday, December 22 at 11 a.m. at the Derby Street Chapel, 121 Derby Street in Cocoa. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
