Obituary of Judith H. Christie

JUDITH H. CHRISTIE-MELBOURNE, FLORIDA Passed to eternal peace on March 13, 2017. Born to John and Gladys Hansen in Brooklyn, NY on July 6, 1939. After living in NJ for most of her life, she moved to Florida where she lived an abundant life for over 35 years. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Gerald Christie, and daughter Donna (Andersen) Gaydos. She is survived by daughter Laura Aschendorf of Orlando, FL; sons Chris (Laura) Andersen, of NC, and Frank Andersen, also of NC; grandchildren James Romer, Jr., Lisa Marie and Chris John Andersen, Jr.; sister Gladys Norris of Tamarac, FL; nephew John (Meriwether) Long, and niece Lisa (Michael) Richards; great nephew Brandon Richards and numerous cousins. She lived an eventful life and was a generous, loving and caring mother, grandmother, dear sister and kind friend. May she rest in eternal heavenly peace with our Lord. Private family services will be held.
