Obituary of Cler “Fifi” Roach

Palm Bay – Cler “Fifi” Roach, 94, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019 peacefully at her home. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, she later moved to New York City and then retired with her husband in Palm Bay. A loving and devoted wife and mother.  She leaves behind her husband Vinny Roach; daughter, Michele Roach Mongeluzo and her husband Vincent of New York; twin daughters, Sandra and Lorraine Roach of New York; grandchildren, James and Rachel Mongeluzo. Also included are her nephew and nieces and their extended family in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
