Obituary of Richard K. Schaut

Richard K. Schaut, Sr. passed into that great fishing hole in heaven on Friday, January 9, 2015. Rick was born February 5, 1945 in Cornwall, NY and resided much of his life in Fort Montgomery, NY. He was an extremely talented automobile technician and an avid outdoors-man. His passion was fishing and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed tinkering with his boat and fixing things that others could not fix. Rick is survived by a daughter, Renee Schaut of Palm Bay; his son, Richard Schaut, Jr. of Charlotte, N.C.; his brother, Albert Schaut of Delaware; three nieces, three nephews; and ex-wife and friend, Michele Schaut.
