Obituary of Anne P. Terranova

~ MELBOURNE, FL ~ Anne P. Terranova, 63, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, peacefully under the care of Hospice at Viera Hospital.  Born in Caraccas, Venezuela she moved to Melbourne, FL in 2012 from Maryland having lived in California previously and being raised in Louisville, KY. She graduated from the Brown School in 1974 in Louisville, KY back when the school was in the actual Brown Hotel.  She went on to graduate from San Diego State in the early 80’s with a degree in Art. She enjoyed all forms of art such as paintings, drawings and photography.  She grew up with a passion for dance, especially ballet, and later in life began teaching salsa lessons.  She was musical, artistic and creative.  Anne made friends everywhere she went. Most importantly, she lived her life with a constant smile on her face. She is preceded in death by her parents, Salvatore Terranova and Barbara Terranova (Switzer).  She is survived by her daughters Sarah Dosker of Melbourne, FL and Meredith Dosker of Hollywood, MD. A gathering will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven and Resthaven Memorial Park located at 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40218 from 12 -3 p.m. with Graveside Service following. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at The Lighthouse in Solomon’s Island, MD from 1 – 4 p.m.
