Tammy L. Lewis Port St John Tammy L. Lewis, 56, passed away Friday, October 19, 2018. She was born in North Hornell, NY on August 27, 1962. Her family includes her son, Andrew W. Shelley, daughter Melissa Donna Kane, mother Donna L. Sheridan, brother William M. Lewis, sisters Cynthia Lynn Gennaro and Cheryl Dupont and granddaughters Mekayla E. Kane and Harlow Olivia Burt. A celebration of Tammy’s life will take place on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 4:00 PM at Calvary Chapel of Merritt Island, 3500 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island.
