Blake George Merrick, 14 of West Melbourne, FL passed on December 4, 2017. He was born September 19, 2003 in Warrenton, VA. Missing him are his parents Alan & Kimberly Merrick; brother Grayson Merrick; sister Morgan Merrick; maternal grandmother Bonnie Gathercole; paternal grandmother Valerie (Arthur) Alfano; maternal great grandmother Elizabeth Moir; paternal great grandmother Beverly Rawson-Dibble; maternal aunt Shannon Gathercole; paternal uncle John Braden (Jessica) Merrick; paternal uncle Donald Merrick; paternal aunt Beverly (James) Keesee and cousin Gemma. His grandfathers George H. Gathercole, III and Alfred J. Merrick welcomed him to heaven. Everyone always says he was lucky to have us, but we were the lucky ones to have him. “Now you wouldn’t believe me if I told you, but I could run like the wind blows.
