Obituary of Billy Ray Champ

Billy Ray Champ, age 79 of Palm Bay, Florida passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2019. He was born on March 23, 1940 in Big Four, West Virginia to George and Hazel Champ, both whom preceded him in death. Billy is survived by his loving family to include his daughter, Michelle Monarchy; son, Billy R. Champ, Jr.; grandchildren, Arianna and Christian; sister, Ruth Ann; former spouse and long time friend, Charlotte Ann Levey. In addition to his parents he was preceded by his brother, Carson and sisters Mary Louise & Alice Faye.
