Jacqueline M. Fuller, 81, passed away on February 3, 2018. She was born on October 27, 1936 in Elmira, NY to the late Walter J. McNeil and Bessie M. Stanton. Jacqueline is survived by her daughter Melissa Little; grandson Vincent Macri; sister Maudine Decker and brother Walter McNeil. She is predeceased by sisters Louise Potter and Della Brewer.
