Obituary of Frank Andrew Arsenault
Frank Andrew Arsenault, 86, of Melbourne, Florida passed away on March 30, 2015. He was born in South Bend, Indiana on January 18, 1929 and graduated from Riley High School in 1946. He was a World War II Army Veteran.
He was married to Billie Jean Wagner on January 29th, 1949 in Mishawaka, Indiana. He had four sons; Mark, Greg, Scott and Brian. He had nine grandchildren; Richard, Patrick, Paul, Benjamin, Jennifer, Christy, Tanner, Madison and Monica and 21 great grandchildren.
He joined the South Bend Police Department in 1952 and retired as Chief of Detectives in 1973. He then became Chief Security Officer at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant in Bridgman, Michigan retiring in 1994. Frank then enjoyed his retirement playing golf and surf fishing in Melbourne, Florida. He remained an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 36, South Bend, Indiana.
