Obituary of Janie Bowen Smalley

Janie Grace Bowen Smalley, 80, died, peacefully, early Saturday morning on September 5th, 2015 at her Titusville home, attended by loving family and Hospice of St. Francis. Janie was born at home in Green County, N.C. on September 28th, 1934. A homemaker and former Survey Investigator, she worked for Triangle Research Institute. Janie was married to, the love of her life, William Frank Smalley, Sr. for 31 years and widowed in 1998. She never remarried. A loving and devoted mother, her family includes daughters+óGé¼Gäó, Sharlene Gaenicke and her husband, Scott, of Titusville, Fl., Kendra Wilkinson and her husband, Berney, of Lakeland, Fl., Rhonda Tugg and her husband, Ed, of Cape Canaveral, Fl., Janie Karen Smalley of Jacksonville, Fl., sons+óGé¼Gäó Timothy C. Holloman, deceased, and William Frank Smalley, Jr and his wife, Julie, of Lakeland, Fl., stepdaughter, Anita McCullough, deceased her husband, Marty McCullough of Lakeland. Grandchildren, Sierra, Stormy, Brittani, Keirston, Konor, Heather, Angela, Kevin, Trey, Annette, James, William, Dawn and Jason, and 7 great grandchildren. Janie requested to be cremated and there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, the family requests please make donations to Hospice of St. Francis, 1250 Grumman Place, Titusville, Fl., 32780.
