Joan & Family Barb & I were sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. It has been a while since we have seen you but always enjoyed Joe’s humor. I can recall a time in
the Rush Hotel(no idea why we were there) & Joe was playing the piano when the town drunk asked for the “Wabash Canonball” which Joe played -made his whole day.
Our best to you & your family.

Dear Joan and Family,
There are no words we can offer to take away the pain and sadness you are going through. I offer a memory you might enjoy: Joe was always dressed so nicely and I remember asking him if he ever wore jeans. An emphatic no was his answer. I found that hard to relate to because if I am wearing jeans, that means it is cool enough weather to do so! We will lift up prayers that you will take comfort in remembering the good years you had together. May God give you strength as you enter this new chapter in your life without Joe.
Most sincerely,
Dianne and Bud Davis

Joan & Family,
So Sad to hear of Joe’s passing. When you lived in Victor, he was always active in community and St. Patrick’s events. It was a pleasure to work with him at Knights of Columbus activities, too. A great guy.
So Sorry.

Dear Joan and family,
We are saddened by the passing of Joe. Experiencing the death of a husband is so personal that very few of us can understand the grief involved. Joe will be greatly missed and we have such fond memories of him. He was always so charming and witty. Miss Pinkie still talks about how he would sit in the driveway (when you guys lived across from us) watching the cars pass, but she thought he was waiting for her :-). May God keep you strong and have peace knowing he is in a wonderful place.
Much love,
Windy and Morgan Fisher

Dear Joan and Family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Peter and I fondly remember your kindness before we even officially moved into our house in Pod 39. Peter and Joe enjoyed talking about Olean, the town they both had in common. Joe had a great sense of humor and will be missed by many.
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Dear Mrs. Panus, Mark, Steve and Sarah:
I was deeply saddened today to hear of your Dad’s passing. He was a great man and always indulged me with a huge smile, tons of personality, and lots of humor. I have fond and lasting memories of him on the sidelines of all the VCS sporting events. I don’t think he missed any of those. I will be thinking of you all!!
