Obituary of Lucy Ellen Hall

Lucy Ellen Hall (Spicer), age 85, of DeBary, Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 27, 2018 in hospice care with family by her side. Born in New Oxford, Pennsylvania on March 24, 1933 to John Chandler and Tate Sheeba Spicer, she was the youngest of 13 children. A resident of Florida since 1955, she worked in food service management for many years before retiring. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Cynthia L. Hall of DeLand and David R. Hall Jr. and his wife Monica of Melbourne; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her longtime companion William “Billy” Tomlinson. She lived life to the fullest with few regrets and will be forever in our hearts. A private celebration of Lucy’s life will be held for family members.
