She was born on November 5, 1941 in Mount Hope, Wisconsin to the late Gerald Mulrooney and Maxine Garthwaite. Karen Lee is survived by her daughter and son in law Cindy and Robert Ahlquist; daughter, Amy Laux; grandchildren, Daniel, Justin and Emily; sisters, Ruth Miller and Susan Schurman; brother, David Schurman; stepdaughters, Cindy and Tracy Leonhard.
