Joan Tapp Miller, age 84, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 11, 2015. Born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, her family includes her children, Patty and Robert Page, and Rick Miller; grandchildren, Meredith Groom, and Alexis and Zachary Miller; great grandchildren, Jason Groom, Antonio Miller, Kaitlyn Miller and Hailey Miller; her siblings, James and Kathleen; along with other beloved family and friends.
