Nancy, I am so Sorry for your Loss. I saw Al’s obituary in the paper and it brought back alot of memories from 1982 – 1984 when he and I worked together at Aubrey McDonald Creations. He was a very nice person.

Dear Nancy and Alex,
I was completely shocked by Al’s passing. Due to living 100s and sometimes 1000s of miles apart, we did not get to see each other that often, but when we got together, it was always a pleasure. Also enjoyed sometimes lengthy phone conversations, when Al had to run a long ADS simulation. I was always thinking about swinging by Melbourne to visit you an Al again.
Al was a brilliant engineer. When I started at EMS (which was my first real job), among a few other colleagues, he took me under his wings and introduce me to real RF/Microwave, which guided my future professional life.
Still remember vividly when he took me out to the Lawrenceville Airport, where Steppenwolf was playing. As an Easy Rider fan, this was quite a surprise to see them there. Also remember the lunches at various Mexican Restaurants.
So sad not to get to see him anymore. Please accept our condolences.
