Obituary of Matthew T. Burke

Matthew T. Burke, 66, passed away on Monday December 17, 2018. Born in Salem, MA, he moved to Cocoa Beach in 1966. He graduated from University of Central Florida, class of 1980. Matthew opened his CPA practice over 30 years ago and added investment services in 2000. Matthew split his time between New York and Florida. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed time spent with friends and family on the golf course. A loving husband and father, survived by wife Patricia Burke, son John F Burke of Merritt Island, Stepchildren Brandon Glass of Denver, CO and Samantha Glass of St. Petersburg, FL. He was blessed with 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Also survived by four sisters and one brother. We welcome friends and family for a Celebration of Life at Suntree Country Club on January 24, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.
