Obituary of Scott Joseph Johansen

04/22/63 – 12/29/18 Palm Bay, Florida Our brother, Scott Joseph Johansen, left us to join our mother and father in heaven on Saturday, December 29, 2018. He is survived by his sister, Jody Hayes (John Hayes) and his sister, Kathryn Columbia (Al Columbia). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Amy, James, Michael, Johnny, Zack, Jake and Ashley, as well as his great nieces and nephew, Morgan, Eleora, Ivan and Tessa. We are incredibly proud of our talented, brilliant and extremely funny brother. He had an enviable quick wit and never failed to make us laugh. He lived life to the fullest whether it was competitive volleyball, eighteen holes anywhere in the world, sailing on the open seas or as a medic with the Ski Patrol, he gave it all. We loved listening to his adventures and the stories of his travels. Our brother was a visionary full of ideas and better ways to do things. His heart was larger than himself and he loved with every fiber of his being. The loss of him is great and one that will take a lifetime to accept.  Until we meet again in glory, all of our love as always, your biggest fans, Jody and Kathy.
