Obituary of William Harold Withrow
William Harold Withrow, age 72, known to many as “Bill” or “Dumpy,” passed away on July 5, 2018, at Kindred Hospital in Melbourne, FL, with his daughters by his side.
He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on February 20, 1946 to Benjamin Robinson Withrow and Esther Harmony Bowens, both preceding their son.
He was married on February 20, 1964 to Lizetta Vera Cummings. They separated on November 16, 1994.
He was an automotive service and body mechanic, who dabbled in aircraft mechanics. He was most known for his work at Big Joe Brett’s Gator Chrysler in the 70’s and 80’s as Service Director. During a portion of this time known as “Gator Bill” representing Gator racing cars. His most recent work was with Durham and Sons, Inc for the last 16 years. He was a very hard worker, working until the day he was hospitalized.
Left to mourn his loss are his girlfriend of 25 years – Jennifer Bark; his wife – Lizetta Withrow; his brother – Brady Withrow; his sisters – Kay Eskola and Sandra Smith; his children – Lisa Reynolds and Jennifer Lawson; his grandchildren – Justin Reynolds, Fallon Reynolds, Brittany Lawson, and Mark “Jonathan” Lawson, Jr.; And his great-grandchildren – Darian Holland, Alyssa Reynolds, and Danica Dyke.
Bill had many loving family members and friends. He will be missed and remain forever in our hearts.

Celebration of Life Services will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne, FL.
